'Flip It' is a brand new product launched late 2015 designed to revolutionise the way contact centres interact with their customers. Flip It bridges the gap between the online world of web customers and the offline world of the contact centre. Flip it as a smart app the links into multitple cross-platfrom databases to efficently manage call requests fromonline sources.
Flip It consists of three main components; The Flip It 'brain' component, the Fetcher to listen for incomming requests and the Dialler Checker to monitor and control the telephone equipment.
The app is designed to run on Windows Server. The Monitor screens are password protected.
